There were seats for sixteen of them to sit comfortably, and Katsuki knew Tail Guy, Ashido and Todoroki would choose to sit on the floor like the weirdos they were. That meant that for him to be unable to find a comfortable seat with enough room, he’d have to show up last.
When he knew he’d gotten the time right, he walked downstairs.
