Summary

Summary
After finally arriving in Ithaca and reuniting with his family, Odysseus does not notice at first. Sure, it was weird that most of his old clothes, which he left behind, were missing but he assumed a maid had stored them in the storage halls. Well until those were recovered, he just had to make do with the garments he had still found in his closet, which were a bit big on him. During their first breakfast as a complete family after 20 years of being forced apart though, he finally does notice: His sons garments look suspiciously similar to his old missing clothes!
Telemachus is nervous of his father being home. Of course he feels elated and cannot wait to get to know him but does he even want him as his son? After all, he could not even protect his mother from a handful of suitors while his father managed to end their terror all by himself?

The fic is better than my summary. I didn’t spend any time thinking about how I’m going to word this. :‘ )

What happened to them?
Instead of a trial, Loki is brought before the healers for assessment where daunting truths come to light. What exactly happened in that missing year?

Near death experiences are exhausting and the highly advanced Med Kits, though life saving and invaluable, require physical strength and energy. That‘s why the creators mentioned that rest is absolutely crucial after having used one on an extensive injury. The guardians though, never really read a manual to anything since their way was to just wing it.

Ciel has just learned that he has the power to cause his demon severe physical pain. He fervently tries to assure Sebastian that he would never intentionally hurt the demon unjustly. Sebastian doesn't believe him.

“Sebastian,” he asks the demon, “do you have a conscience?”
“Young master,” Sebastian says, “idle discourse with a lowly servant, such as myself, is hardly the best use of your time, this evening. It is already far later than your usual bedtime, and you need your rest.”
Ciel again breathes in the steam and tries to maintain his patience. Sebastian is just trying to provoke him. Then, quietly, Ciel replies, “Don’t be so evasive. I thought we’d moved past that.”
The butler’s smile falters, and his eyes settle on Ciel. “Ah, so it’s that sort of night.”
Ciel wonders how much of Sebastian is more-or-less human.
