Jennifer fucking Hayes.
Batting her stupid eyelashes at Will, and, Will, he doesn't care! He doesn't even notice. He keeps laughing, hazel eyes squinting and creasing at the corners. Mike has only seen that laugh a handful of times, some of which were directed at him. But he wants them directed at him and only him. Will should only focus on him. Mike deserves it, Jennifer doesn't.
Mike notices he's staring, but he can't bring himself to care. He feels his face morph into an ugly thing as Jennifer places her hand on Will's shoulder, giggling. Mike glowers at her, wanting nothing more than to just- attack her, jump on her and scratch her stupid, stupid face off. Just to make her stop touching Will. Will's his, It's not her right to touch Will, his Will, someone that's not hers.
A sharp smack to his shoulder knocks him out of his reverie.
