Summary
Tommy had suffered on and off throughout his life from hanahaki, which sort of happens to someone who trusts too much and always gets their hopes crushed. He just wants someone to actually care about him, but he knows he's not going to get that, especially not with Dream and not with how the disease has been getting worse.
Dying and defeated, Tommy's only solace comes in the form of weird eldritch singing emanating from the forest outside his window. He knows that whatever it is will likely be a cannibalistic cryptid from his worst nightmares, but somehow he can't find it in himself to care. Any death will be better than suffocating alone.
Or
Tommy is on a quest to get killed by unknown monsters instead of the ones he does know. This is somehow more difficult than it should be.

this is a story about an OC i have for minecraft, lore wise. its name is Otatop and it is a lady of the End's matriarch. she gets tangled up with drama, and plots to overthrow the queen. ur welcome.

Otatop has always been a bit.. detached from the rest of the End's government. They're also very detached from the whole world. They've never been able to connect with others, and that also means she doesn't care what happens to them. Which means they hear some things they probably shouldn't, including a plot to overthrow the queen. They don't mind much, as they feel the government will fall apart soon anyways, as the queens only hair went missing long ago. Antics ensue when they get dragged into the plot.

Oh fuck. He’s coming back. Tommy curls up so none of his important organs are accessible, the guy has only strangled him up till now, but there was blood on the tarp, so maybe he likes to stab too. Tommy doesn’t want to be stabbed anywhere important.
Techno just sits on the other end of the couch and bounces his leg, mostly just looking at the fire, but occasionally glancing at Tommy.
“So, uh, you do anything interesting in school today?” he asks, Tommy would laugh at his awkwardness if he wasn’t so confused.
“I failed a math test,” he says. God he wishes he could go back to that being his biggest problem.
