Summary
The newest Hashira was an oddity and a mystery. Only a few years older than Muichiro, but seemingly so much more a child. Loud and displeasing to the ear, crying and wailing constantly, Giyuu didn’t understand how a coward such as Agatsuma Zenitsu could have ever reached a rank such as theirs, particularly without even so much as a shred of evidence regarding his skill.
It was one of the very few things he and the other Hashira distinctly agreed upon. The boy did not belong. He was unfit to be a slayer, a protector. The boy was a liability, and now, every day he would disappear, up into the mountains of the prefecture they were in, in the middle of winter with Demons supposedly about.
In search of coal of all things.

Sanji watched as Blackleg leaned down and whispered something in Zoro’s ear. Zoro grinned like he did before a fight.
Enough. Enough of this. Zoro was going to make a fucking fool of himself, convinced that he liked men just because Blackleg gave him a little attention. Zoro didn’t like men, Zoro was one of the manliest men Sanji knew, Zoro would likely ridicule Sanji for liking men, or if he didn’t, he’d ignore him. Right?Because if not, what was the whole fucking point? What had Sanji been doing all this time?
When Blackleg kissed Zoro, Sanji felt like he was going to fucking vomit.
When they disappeared into an alley out of his sight, he did.

On a mysterious island out of the way of the Strawhat's path, Sanji accidentally poofs an older self into his universe. Older Sanji (Blackleg, as they call him), knows how to cook, loves the ladies, and can fight better than Sanji himself. The only problem is that this older Sanji is dating his own Zoro, and seems intent on doing the same with Sanji's Zoro.Except, Zoro isn't his, not that way.
Zoro's not even interested in men.
Right?

In a rush of insanity he shook the hand of the boy with the bright eyes, and the wide smile, somehow deeply knowing that he would be led to the light by doing so.

Zoro's been letting shit happen to him his whole life. Alvida's favorite doormat that gives her the occasional splinter. An impromptu road trip with a group of misfits he met yesterday can't be any worse, right? He just has to hide that he's an anxiety-riddled mass of nightmares in place of a normal teenager. His issues may have six sets of their own separate issues, but he can definitely Human and Befriend. This will be fucking easy. If only Luffy and company weren't such wildcards.

Waking up two years before their adventure even began was a surprise. The Straw Hats have to find each other again and make their way back to the New World and their dreams. Dealing with younger, weaker bodies and the weight of future knowledge they will find it's not as easy as a simple do-over. Every change has an effect on themselves and on the world.
This story will quickly diverge from cannon. It will mix up, move around and ignore entire arcs. These guys are not looking for a boring adventure when they already have answers. What's the point in doing it all the same?- Language:

Somewhere along the lines, they realize that there weren’t as immune to the flames as they thought they were … at least, a different kind of flame that threatens to shallows them whole. It was normal, they were human after all—they all had their breaking point, but Arthur does not want to be human if it meant breaking apart and Shinra does not want to be human if it meant shattering at Arthur’s pain.
Or; Shinra dreams a nightmare he wishes to never come true and Arthur’s delusions shatters and breaks him to pieces. In the middle of it all, they meet each other on the edge of a cliff, far too steep for their safety.
