Summary
“You’re the most pathetic of all of your brothers.”
The statement silences the ring. Words echo against the walls and drift through the shocked silence. It’s rare for someone to speak so openly against the avatars. The demon leans closer.
“It’s pitiful.”
Mammon doesn’t stop himself this time. He aims for his bruised ribs. There is a loud crack before the demon falls again.
Mammon knows he’s too far gone. He’s broken the rules.
Yet...now, Mammon can’t find it in him to care. Didn’t Lucifer do the same? The first to fight for Lilith, the first against Father’s orders. That day in heaven when he held Mammon close to him before the battle had truly begun. Wings wrapped around him, tears streaking down his face. Back then he told Mammon that he loved him, that he loved all of them. That if Lilith fell then so would he, bloodied and beaten if he had to (there was no winning, they both knew it back then). But that he’d protect them the best he could nonetheless.
But Mammon’s bruises weren’t protection.
And being called scum wasn’t love.

Summary
Everyone had been talking loudly, nudging each other, arguing, laughing or in Beel’s case wolfing down all the food in sight. So Mammon’s loud voice shouldn’t have stood out at all but something about the tone had made you hone in instantly.
You’d never seen his eyes look that cold before.
Even when he’d first been assigned as your guardian he had always seemed more weary and annoyed than just… cold. But he was definitely cold now, arms crossed over his chest, face blank and completely still which felt so wildly out of place for the demon who was so fast he could never really stop moving.

After 2 years in the Devildom the whole exchange student program was considered a big success. That's why Lord Diavolo decided to take things to the next stage inviting another exchange student! Everything seemed to be fine until Mc noticed changes in the brothers' attitude. Mc feel excluded, abandoned. As time passes Mc develop a sensation of having been replaced and along with it a mysterious and funny curse: a little D. of envy appeared in front of them claiming his desire to eat their soul. Now it's time for getting rid of the Little D.'s!

Summary
