When ten year old Tim Drake is paired with the freshly adopted, thirteen year old Jason Todd for a school project, he is ecstatic. He just hopes he can keep his inner fanboy under control. At the same time, his parents’ trips are increasing in length, and Tim is handling it like a champ! Who needs parental supervision? Not him! Although, a little company might be nice…
Meanwhile, Jason is still half convinced that his adoption is an elaborate human trafficking scheme, but this Robin gig is pretty cool. And his new school may be full of rich jerks, but the neighbor kid isn’t too bad. Having an adult trying to take care of him is a bit of an adjustment, but one he might just be able to get used to.

Summary
Superboy hadn’t died in a fight, nor in a heroic way, he died from a deadly virus, alone and forgotten by everyone, in a hospital.
However, he wakes up- wakes up in the past, once again inside the Cadmus laboratory, when he’s freed by Robin, Aqualad, and Kid Flash. Again… locked up again… destined once more to be used as a weapon… destined once more to die alone.
So when they escape the facility this time, Superboy decides to leave before they can stop him before Superman arrives, before he can be hurt again, before everything repeats.
Superboy no longer wants to be a hero. He wants to live, to be a person, to have a family and now, he will choose his own destiny under the name Conner.

Summary
Timothy Jackson Drake is a mimic—raised in a family that never lets him see the same face twice.
No fixed identities. No consistent voices. No one to imitate long enough to matter. The rule is simple: a mimic who imprints becomes a copy; a mimic raised in absence becomes something original. So Tim grows up alone in a house full of strangers, surrounded by all the things needed to shape a proper Drake heir.
It should have worked.
But Tim finds his own constant.
