Izuku stared at Katsuki for a long moment, searching for something in those red eyes with his own bright, green, shining pools. The kind Katsuki could just fall into. Some things never changed.
As his little hands gripped Katsuki’s shirt, Katsuki held him firmly on his hip. A million thoughts rampaged through that overactive mind. What Katsuki would give to look into the eyes of his own Izuku like this, just to see his mind working again.

Izuku was coerced by Death Touch and leaves Baku after finding out the illness is a quirk one.
2 yrs later, Baku and Izuku meet again in a bar. Izuku moves back with him, but Baku treats him badly and cheats on him for 2 months before Izuku finally reveals he only has 1 month left to live.
Shinso tells Baku the full story and tells Baku he should live in the present instead of feeling guilty over the past. Baku takes his advice and he and Izuku make up for real. The two open an agency and Izuku lives for 3 more yrs before dying suddenly the day before their wedding.
Izuku asks Baku to adopt 2 kids.
60 yrs later, Baku has grandkids, reads a mail by the mother of one of Death Touch's victims, and dies at age 90. He reunites with Izuku in the afterlife and they marry. -
