Everyone had simply refused to give Luke an upfront explanation as to why Simeon had suddenly disappeared. Wordlessly, he had been handed over to Raphael; expected to simply accept him as his new caregiver. And Luke loved Raphael, of course he did. How could he not. But that love just wasn’t sufficient enough to keep him from looking for answers concerning Simeon. However, contrary to most people’s beliefs, Luke had never found himself grasping for an explanation everyone else refused to give to him.
After all, he had been there to witness it all.
