  Izuku had always been at the bottom of societies food chain, with Pro Heros obviously being on top, those with respectable jobs like first responders sharing the middle with those with useful quirks, then came those with the “Villainess” quirks, then came the actual criminals, thugs, Villains, you know. The Scum of the Earth. And then, dead last, the poor few people diagnosed with being quirkless, the “freeloaders” as society branded them.
