Summary
Dr. Strange looks at the world after Thanos and, faced with its seemingly irreparable brokenness, breaks his own oath. Tony, Stephen, and Loki go back in time for one more chance - an intentional choice, because they are each other's insurance against repeating the same mistakes. Tony wakes up shortly before the Stark Expo with the reactor's palladium core still poisoning him. Stephen wakes up with undamaged hands and a flourishing medical career. Loki wakes up in Asgard one day before Thor's coronation.
"Do I dare disturb the universe? / In a minute there is time / for decisions and revisions which a minute will reverse."
[ Yet another take on that time travel fic with lots of worldbuilding, hand-wavey comic book science, political intrigue, inventing, nerding out, and a broken Tony trying to fix a broken world - but this time he's not alone. ]

Suguru cuts him off, smooth. “It’s fine, baby. I was getting to that conclusion, anyway. Some kind of sex curse, right?”
There’s a dull aching throughout Satoru’s body still, but that one orgasm has the fog in his head starting to roll away. He can just about fix Suguru with an unfocused eye, glaring at him like it’s all his fault and not his own for acting so indestructible in the field. “I think so. It’s fine.”
It’s not fine: Satoru still can’t focus on Suguru’s cursed energy without his head feeling like a ceramic bowl about to shatter on the tiled floor, and he’s still so hard that he swears there’s no blood in the rest of his body. He suspects, from the way Suguru glances over him, unimpressed, that the nurse can tell.

He steps back, angles his body towards the front entrance of the building. In a matter of two metres he’ll be out of view.
“It was...” Suguru starts, before he can go any further.
Satoru pauses, tilts his head at him, and waits.
Suguru, breathless still and almost incapable of any thought under than SatoruSatoruSatoru, finally finishes, “I’m so happy to see you. Satoru.”
Satoru smiles again – tiny, a barely-there curve at the corner of his lips. Familiar, but not like how he used to smile at him.
“Me too, Suguru,” he says, and then he’s walking away, his head lowered with one of his hands pushing the hair back from his forehead.
He looks back at him from the door. Suguru straightens, his chest filling up as he takes a desperate breath. Then Satoru waves and disappears inside.
Or, Suguru Geto hasn't seen Satoru Gojo for more than a decade. If he has things his way, he'll see him every day for the rest of his life.
