Alex had been in the foster system since he was young, he remembered nothing but the foster system and how the awful system worked. One home to the next no one wanted a rambunctious child nor an angsty preteen and now at the cusp of being 15 no one wanted him now.
He was too old, no one would adopt a teenager, no one wanted the mess of a teenager, no one except the Washingtons who got the call late one night for an emergency placement and took it upon themselves to save this teen from whatever storm he was facing.
With the help of his foster brother and his friends maybe just maybe Alex will see the sun once again.
