Summary
“Oh silly little doll, what could I potentially do with human money?” He snickers. “What I want in return for helping your friend coming alive once more is very simple. Let me help you find the murderer of your precious friend, let me stay with you. Together we can find out what happened to your friend.”
“What do you gain from that…?”
“Nothing much. I just want to spend some time with you. That’s all.”
“Spend time with me?”
“Oh my, yes. Just with you. Won’t we be a quite nice detective duo?” The puppeteer chuckles. “So, what do you say? Do we have a deal?”
Or
In which Yeosang's close friend Seonghwa gets murdered brutally and Yeosang's only hope of seeing the man again was by following an advice - to find and ask the local puppeteer to resurrect his friend. But is that really true? And can he truly trust a man who, apparantly, creates living dolls?

“Drinking on the edge of a 15 story building is probably not the wisest decision,” the angel said, his smooth deep voice making its way to Hongjoong’s ears.
“Didn’t think you’d care that much,” he replied, failing at holding back the bitterness in his voice.

Summary
The cultivation world remembers Kim Hongjoong as a monster.
Once known as a carefree prodigy of the cultivation world, Hongjoong dared to walk a forbidden path of demonic cultivation. Known as a demon, his name was only mentioned as a warning for other cultivators who may want to go down the same path.
Park Seonghwa was taught to uphold the rules above all else. Cold and composed, he was never meant to stand beside chaos but he did. Where others saw a villain, Seonghwa saw a misunderstood hero. When the world turned away from Hongjoong, including his cultivation brother, he stayed.
Years after Hongjoong’s death, ghosts wreak havoc and old scandals resurface. Seonghwa must decide once again: does he abide by the rules he's known his whole life or protect the man seen as a villain by all.

Summary
Seonghwa created his café to be a haven—warm, steady, and safe. He knows every regular by name, every pastry by heart, and tells himself he’s perfectly content. But sometimes, when the lights dim, the snow falls outside, and he’s the only one left in the shop, the quiet feels a little too heavy.
Hongjoong is on the edge of his dreams and the brink of burnout. The music that once set him free now feels like a cage, and the only place he can still breathe is a quiet café on a snowy corner of Seoul.
When happenstance brings the two together in ways they never could have expected, they both begin to wonder if they’re strong enough to hold onto the first thing that’s made them feel completely whole– or will it melt in their hands like the gently falling snow?

Summary
“We need a leader – we need a captain, if you will.”
For the first time in this conversation, a tremor appears in Hongjoong’s carefully levelled voice. “But you don’t need me.”
A fragile silence settles over the room. Effectively, they’re all still strangers – but he feels a sort of bond, a connection formed by their individual circumstances that have thrown them here together, like it was supposed to happen. It feels like the strings of fate have pulled them here, together, and now they’re tangled so tightly that they could never be undone.
Kind, sweet, gentle Seonghwa has risen to his feet, and now he moves slowly to stand beside Hongjoong, looking him dead in the eyes.
“I need you.” He says quietly, reaching behind Hongjoong’s back to extricate one of his hands, pulling it forward to hold it tight against his own. “You promised that you wouldn’t leave me.”
A whole set of unusual circumstances has brought these eight young men together - it almost feels like fate. Now they're learning how to come together as a team while struggling to understand themselves. And while sailing a pirate ship

Summary
All Seonghwa knew for certain was that shortly after his thirteenth birthday, his hair began to lose its color at an alarming rate. In less than a month, most of its pigment had faded, leaving him with stark white locks. By the age of fifteen, his pupils had lightened significantly in color, and his facial features had become simultaneously smoother and more defined, as if sculpted by some unseen force. As he lost the round and soft face of youth, he resembled his hyung less and less. Increasingly set apart from the other boys in his class. His appearance finally settled into a picture of nearly androgynous, sculpture-like beauty that drew the eye of everyone around him. By eighteen, he stood far enough apart from the conservative human population of his hometown to be considered an outsider in his own home.
The man across from him was still crying.
At this point, he was beginning to believe more and more that this figure was not a threat.
Maybe.
Or
Seonghwa, a captive prisoner with unhoned, dormant magic in his veins, meets Hongjoong, a wickedly clever and captivating witch who shows him that there may still be something worth fighting for after years of surrender.

Summary
“So why…why haven’t you consumed me?”
“You intrigued me,” it cooed directly into his ear.
No.
“Your fierce will to survive…”
No, that wasn’t right.
“To live.”
No, that was wrong…
Something in him was wrong.
“Stop it!” Simon screamed at last, desperate as he pushed himself back into Eden’s tree — but there was nowhere to go.
It was in his head.
In his body.
…In his mind.
His heart felt like it was going to explode as he held it in pain.
He thinks he’s begging. He has to be. He can feel his lips moving, but his ears are muted to the sound of his babbling. All he is — all that he can hear — is the voice of God in his ear.
“I could make you a god,” it continues, either unaware or uncaring of his distress as he watched, horrified, as tendrils of prismatic light drifted from its swirling iris. Nebulas gutted themselves before him and bled into his world so that they could curl around him.
. . .
Simon wakes after what should have been the end.
