Halilintar had been acting weird lately.
Not weird weird like that one horror movie they just watched the other day (Gempa had to stop Halilintar from choking Taufan to death for changing their movie ticket from a family-friendly movie about sheep to a horror movie about supernatural wish fulfilling toy at the very last minute), but weird as in he spent too much time in his own head with a blank look on his face.
Gempa and Taufan exchanged a glance with one another as they looked at Halilintar who was clearly out of it mopping the same spot of the cafe for almost ten minutes now.
“Is he okay?” Taufan nudged him with his elbow. “He’s been like this since four days ago. He didn’t even realise I changed the movie ticket until we sat down on our seats.”
