Through a series of events involving a dying man high on drugs and Izuku’s ability to attract trouble, he finds himself in possession of a seriously overpowered quirk known as All for One. Perhaps it was some form of divine intervention that attempted to keep him quirkless because a quirked Izuku is a terrifying force indeed.
As Izuku attempts to master this new quirk, much to the distress of all those around him, the villain All for One is forced to come up with an excuse for why he’s now effectively quirkless in this utter mess of crack.

This is a reimagination of the Sangría story... but with a closer look at the short that gave birth to it. Pys, by taking that unknown quirk in that story and giving it a new power set to make it into a full-fledged story.

Summary
Izuku Midoriya wasn't fast enough to catch All Might as he leapt away... leaving him at the mercy of the remnant of Queen Bee buried behind the tunnel's brickwork. Instead of Queen Bee taking control of him, however, Izuku is who comes out on top, leaving the swarm under his control... and his body now registering a new quirk to adapt to.
Midoriya now has the opportunity to come into their own with a new quirk, a new body, a new identity, and new friends to fight by their side.

But just before the villain strikes the killing blow on them both, Izuku opens his eyes to a much different sight. With a strange shield on his arm, the country deeming him a criminal, and even the other 'legendary heroes' against him, he is determined to prove everybody wrong and become the hero he knows he was always meant to be.
