Summary
Alastor had had quite enough lollygagging about for the time being. He'd firmly reestablished his intimate relationship with the king (enthusiastically so, and on multiple occasions), the previous day had been filled with the tedium of repairing the flooring on the entire fourth floor after Niffty had managed to flood it (the woman was distraught, and still in recovery over the mess she'd created), and now, finally, it was time to get down to more important things.
That was easier said than done – for the second time in four days, he'd woken up to find himself trapped beneath Lucifer's wings, and to make matters worse – this time there also happened to be a tail wrapped around his leg.
For all that the king said his wings didn't need stretching out, or feel cooped up in the private pocket dimension they resided in the majority of the time – they were doing a damn good job of taking over the entire bed that morning, the diminutive ruler curled against Alastor's back with an arm flung over his middle.

Summary
Alastor sent his Shadow to the Morningstar Palace for a variety of reasons. Jealousy and possessiveness fueling most of those reasons, but no one needed to know that. As much as he wished to be there himself, he had too many deals and duties he couldn't ignore. He wasn't driven by desires of the flesh like many others, so the separation was tolerable...
So imagine his surprise when he began to feel...*heated* while in the middle of a meeting with other Overlords. Well, it was less surprise and more shock. Until he began getting visions in his mind's eye as to what was happening in the Morningstar Palace.
While he was stuck in a meeting...his Shadow was getting railed by Lucifer in his demon form...and Alastor was able to feel strong echoing feelings of it.
Other than the arousal...jealousy of his own shadow was unexpected and yet strongly present.
