“Someone referred to me as your wife the other day.” Buck started.
Eddie choked on air. His cheeks were so pink. Why did he blush like that? Buck was paler than him, and yet somehow he didn’t blush anywhere near as hard as Eddie himself did.
“Do you think of me as your old ball and chain?” Eddie asked, going along with the joke despite the frankly upsetting colour of his cheeks. How was this Buck looking in love with him? Obviously they were comfortable with each other, but still.
Buck gasped, his eyes big, his back straightening out as he got ready to fight with God himself on this topic. Eddie knew immediately the rant he had started, Buck’s mockingly serious voice raising as he stared Eddie down intently.
“I would never refer to my wife as the old ball and chain. You don’t hold me down, you pick me up, you dirty little bitch. You’re the wind beneath my wings. God.”

“What— what about him?” Eddie asked, hoping he sounded less thrown off guard than he felt. Hoping he sounded less breathless through the phone than he did to his own ears.
“I got, um, an invite. To his wedding.”

The walls bleed black again, and Castiel is deposited back into the room he was snatched from in a far more undignified manner than he left it.

His face is hot when he pulls the beer away from his mouth, a rising sense of panic fluttering in his chest. He has thought these things, known them, of course, but it feels so different now because Dean will know. He is going to look at Castiel and know exactly how he feels, what he thinks. That is...distressing.
Perhaps Dean will avoid it. He is very good at doing those things. When faced with something he simply doesn't want to acknowledge, that's his first method of handling the situation, and Castiel is sure that it will go this way again. He is banking on it, in fact.
It will be fine. He has Jack. Sam will be here, a welcome presence and a perfect buffer.
It's all going to be fine.

“No, a new business venture. Yes, propose marriage, Eddie, come on,” Buck scoffed.
“Right, yeah, okay,” Eddie shrugged, setting down his coffee mug with a loud thunk. He turned to face Buck fully, leveling him with a wide-eyed look. “Again, I have to ask. What?”

I set out to answer that question. Cuts Unscene is the result.
In this companion fic to your next re-watch, Will and Hannibal have some kind of intimate interaction in every episode that builds their romantic connection. These "deleted sex scenes" operate on the concept that they were actual scenes cut from the original episodes. I attempted to make them fit into the plot in ways that are were as canon-compliant as possible.
For an optimal experience, watch the episode, then pause it at the indicated timestamp and read the "deleted scene" before pressing play again :) Not necessary, but definitely a good time. It adds an extra subtext to certain scenes that make for a richer viewing experience.
