Summary
Ulder Ravengard wants Wyll to enjoy more of the pleasures of youth, and Cazador Szarr has a solution: an enticing present for the young lord's birthday, in the form of an irresistible pale elf. To Astarion's surprise, Wyll is more interested in companionship than carnal pleasure. Their budding friendship sends ripples through the Gate's elite. But as that friendship begins to blossom into something more, the Grand Duke is called away to Elturel...

Summary
Blade and Dagger, adventuring through the frontiers, writing the next chapter of their story together. But it has a couple of twists that even Volo couldn't pen if he tried...something to do with long-lost parents and dhampirs.
Or, the story in which Astarion both finds his mum and finds a surprise within.
~*~
"Of course not," Adhara laughs. "For me it was mince pies. Used to love a good mince, and then all of a sudden I couldn't bear to be in the same house as one. No, but I had a lot of the common symptoms when I learned I was expecting you—and it's quite normal for us elves to sleep heavily while we're pregnant."
"What did you just say?" Astarion croaks, his face sheet-white.

Summary
"Come with me to Avernus," Wyll says, easy, like he’s asking Astarion around for tea. Right. The Blade of Frontiers is the Blade of Avernus now. Sworn to cleanse the Hells of the devils that threaten the Sword Coast or some such rot. What an absurd idea. For a moment, Astarion imagines several ways to kill him painfully. Go there. To the place of her worst nightmares. The place she refused to return to despite his pleading. After everything that's happened, to step foot in that place, without her. It felt like a mockery of his pain to even suggest it.
The sun rises after the fall of the Absolute and Astarion burns first. Overcome with grief from the death of the first person he truly cared for, and haunted by her memory, Astarion accompanies the Blade of Avernus to Hell.

Summary
Years following the defeat of the Absolute, Church and Astarion have made a new life — a challenging, but happy life — for themselves in the Underdark. But after a ritual goes wrong, Church finds himself waking up in the arms of a different Astarion, in a world where a single decision led to a very different and devastating outcome to their story.
While the Astarion and Gale of his world work tirelessly to bring him back home safe, Church fights not just to understand this new world and how his lover has changed in it, but also to retain his sovereignty in mind and body so that he may find his freedom from the elf his other self once loved.

“She - she looks like you, Saer.”
“What?”
“The child - she looks like you. She has your eyes.”
Wyll stumbled back, dropping back down into his chair with a thump.
His eyes? This made no gods-damn sense. Wyll certainly hadn’t spent his adventures sowing his wild oats, so to speak, and he certainly should not have any progeny floating about in Faerûn that he didn’t know about -
A story of found family - even if some of it is a bit reluctant at first - and love.** Art for this work was done by Fiberglassmoth! Please check it out here. It's absolutely breathtaking. **

“I mean it,” she said. “Don’t kill anyone, Astarion. You’ve gotten what you wanted. Seven thousand lives was enough.”
“I don’t take orders from you anymore. You just said so, yourself.”
“The moment you kill someone,” Rose replied, “is the moment I'll know that my next task is to stop you.”
“Darling,” Astarion grinned, “I would sincerely like to see you try.”

“Can I ask you something?”
Will laughs a little, shaking his head with an expression of complete bewilderment. “You already have.”
“Something else.”
Will shrugs. Mike wonders what he’s thinking. “Go for it.”
“It might be weird,” Mike warns in a stage whisper. He isn’t sure what’s weird or not anymore. He has a feeling this question crosses the line, but the feeling isn’t strong enough to stop him from asking. Not with Will standing so close, looking so glowy and perfect.
“Whatever, Mike,” Will laughs. “It can’t be weirder than what’s already happened to-”
“Have you ever thought about us?”In which Mike Wheeler gets drunk, tries to kiss his best friend, and is generally an idiot. What else is new.

“Alright. Love humans, me,” he said, gently. “But what the blazes are you doing on Gallifrey?”
Rose finally met his eyes. They were exactly as she remembered, and somehow different: the same blue, the same worry in his gaze, but something was missing. He was carrying himself differently. Standing straighter, less lines around his eyes. He looked hopeful. Stressed, but ultimately content.
“Doctor,” Rose breathed.
Her Doctor- her first Doctor- quirked an eyebrow at her. “We’ve met, then?”
A rewrite of "The Day of the Doctor" in which Rose and 11 have a telepathic bond, the Ninth Doctor fought in the Time War, and the Moment doesn't take a human shape of any kind. It all ends up looking quite similar: three Doctors, three TARDISes, one Bad Wolf, and one big, red button.

Summary
"“Please,” she says, on one of their adventures together, just after he opens the Tardis doors and they look at an old star and an old planet from the safety of the Tardis. “Let me go in here, Doctor. Let me die on one last adventure, you know?”
“Yeah,” he says, because he can’t deny her that—he has stayed, and he has stayed, and it’s the hard part, now. The part that he has always ran away from, but he can’t run away from any longer.
“Okay,” he says, and he feels like his throat is tight, burning, and there’s tears coming to his eyes, and then, “I’ll find a bright star for you, Donna Noble—a bright, burning, dying star, and that will be your last adventure. How does that sound?”
She smiles, and she squeezes his arm lightly. She looks up at him with the world and the stars and the planets reflecting in her eyes, and she says, “That would do just fine, I think.”"
There was always a reason he never could bear to stay, before, and his lifespan isn't any shorter and their lifespan isn't any longer.
Or: Fourteen stays with Donna-- he stays, and he stays, and he stays, until he can't any longer.

"She visited his dreams when he did dare to sleep, a constant reminder that he could never fill the gap she’d left in his hearts, in his life. Honestly, he’d felt that knowledge burning through his soul when he’d travelled with Martha, and he’d accepted it more with a grim resignation with Donna; it seemed as though this incarnation was also inclined not to let him forget.
Nothing to fear on that count."

Summary
The Doctor sighed, wistfully remembering that very first trip out with Rose. She’d been flabbergasted at the mere concept of universal roaming, and the Doctor couldn’t help but smile as he recalled the delighted wonder in her tone. She could comprehend the sentient, telepathic time-and-space ship, but somehow the concept of advanced technical jiggery pokery baffled her--as if there were anywhere in the world he couldn’t get a silly little signal to.
Perhaps he should’ve considered something similar for Amy, prodded her to call Rory or something. Of course, he couldn’t have known they’d end up engaged, in his defense. And picking him up was just inherently better, wasn’t it? No need to upgrade the cell phones just yet--well, it could never hurt, just because one of them wasn’t stuck on Earth didn’t mean they wouldn’t need to call every once in a while--
As if there were anywhere in the world he couldn’t get a silly little signal to--
Just because one of them wasn’t stuck on Earth--
Rassilon, he was an idiot.
