Peter tried to focus on his hearing and that strange noise he heard few seconds before. Ned was quiet now, with wide eyes pointing at his best friend, analyzing him. He knew Peter's sense of danger never failed him even if sometimes it's not really one hundred percent precise. More importantly, Ned knew that look on Peter's eyes. It meant trouble.
Then, after a brief moment of tension, Peter said in an almost frightened voice, "There's someone with a gun here."

It was hot when Rozanov lost his English in the middle of their hookups, and usually seemed encouraging, but there was always some part of Shane that wondered, or more so worried, what exactly he was thinking about. He forced his focus back to what he was doing, but then stopped. It sounded like Rozanov was saying bullshit? Bullshit?
“Is okay?” Rozanov asked, brows scrunched, "I hurt you?”
Shane shook his head.
“Is too much?” he asked, his eyes worried, brows still knit together.
“No.” Shane stared back, no it wasn’t too much, it was never too much. “I want.. more.”

“Ilya Rozanov is Shane Hollander’s rival. They are known to utterly despise each other. If he is saying he is in love with Rozanov, his injury is worsening.”
Shane snorts and starts to laugh uproariously. “Noooo. I don’t diss… despise him. I love him."
**NHL player Shane Hollander faces a serious injury while playing the Penguins. He is rushed to the ED, to the always capable physician Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch who is back from his sabbatical and working to rediscover his empathy. Shane’s injury is tenuous, and Robby needs to find a decision maker immediately, but things are never that easy at the Pitt. What he discovers will reveal secret relationships, start difficult conversations, and perhaps be a step in his journey to rediscovering the great doctor he knows he can be.
