Summary
Winter in Kaer Morhen is the best place to hide out and lick your wounds. But when the wounds are healed and the weather starts to clear, certain denizens of the keep get restless and long for adventure, and they're not the ones you'd expect.
Fortunately, the mountains around the Witcher's castle are rife with opportunities.
This work contains references of the book-cannon character Eilé Lithe. I started writing this before Blood Origins came out and this has absolutely nothing to do with that show (which I haven't seen) In the book, this character was mentioned in passing and I created my own back story for her etc.

Summary
Rewatched season 2 and it really irritated me how, once again, Jaskier was sort of forgotten about by pretty much everyone at the very end, despite all he'd done for them. This is sort of a fix-it for that.
This is a part of what I imagine happens during the winter, holed up and secreted away at Kaer Morhen after they defeated Voleth Mier. It started out as a bunch of shorter chapters in a larger work (called witcher one shots), but they're taking on a life of their own, So i'm separating them into separate works.
The stories will probably be episodic and readable on their own or as part of the series.

Summary
Over winter at Kaer Morhen with Ciri, Geralt realizes that he loves Jaskier, and has for years. Everyone at the keep decides the only logical thing that can happen is that Geralt court and wed Jaskier. But Geralt wants to do it properly. So the strongest, most fearsome warriors in all the land, research how to woo a minor noble and send Geralt back into the world with elaborate lists and a game plan.
And it all is going great. Courting turns out to be a lot easier than he expected. He and Jaskier will be married well before the return to Kaer Morhen for the winter!
Jaskier is thrilled to have his best friend back, and be off adventuring again. Geralt is behaving a bit oddly, but well, people get weird sometimes.
A fic where Jaskier is the romantically clueless one. Just because he sings about love, doesn't mean he'll see it - even when it is Witcher sized and holding flowers right in his face.

Summary
Jaskier gets jumped by a bunch of bandits, who happen to be so dumb as to stab him with an ancient artifact. When he wakes up, the bandits are slaughtered, and Jaskier has a new hunger. He decides he can't and won't live like this, and searches out a witcher to kill him when he's unsuccessful himself. Of course......he finds Geralt, or does Geralt find him?

When Jaskier wakes up, the light is uncommonly bright to his eyes, and he has to squint against it. He’s not sure he remembers going to sleep the previous night, and briefly accuses himself of gulping down the bottle of Toussainti wine he’d filched from the inn, leaving a few crowns in its place.He rubs his hands over his face, and realises that as he does so, the strange metallic scent that hangs in the air gets stronger. When he pulls his hands away to look at his palms, he stiffens. There are red stains on the skin, some of it dried and flaking in the creases.
It’s very definitely not wine.
