Yagi Toshinori watched the green haired boy walk away after saving his friend and shook his head. While the boy's actions were heroic, he was just too reckless. He walked in the opposite direction, thinking about a time he could meet the candidate Sir Nighteye put forward.
Izuku Midoriya goes home and decides that, even if he can't be hero himself, he can still help them with his analysis. Cue Izuku catching the attention of multiple heroes who are a little more open-minded and willing to see the potential in a quirkless kid.

Based kinda on thestrongestjewel’s eepytale on tumblr but with my own little spin on it.
In a world where monsters and humans talked it out and DIDNT go to war. Chara tries to just live their life with their very chaotic adoptive family. Their life was pretty solid until a new kid comes to Hometown and decides to mess with the norm.
(The story will primarily follow Clover and Chara with some silly side stories for Frisk, Asriel, and Kris)

And hey, you're really mature for being eight! Not a child anymore, if you really thought about it. Just two more years and you’ll be in the double digits like an adult. Like Kris! But you didn’t want to lie to Kris. So you tuck away your complaints and pulse red in agreement.
In which the Soul is a child, and Kris finds out after it tries to comfort them at the end of Chapter Four.

Chara saw Clover study their face. It didn’t move. They frown. They frown. When was the last time Chara had seen that? They never frowned. When they were upset, their face fell blank. They’ve seen them angry, happy… afraid. But genuinely upset? Sad? It tore them apart knowing they had caused Clover to frown after so much time without. Their following words hurt worse.
“I can’t.”

Tommy couldn’t seem to stop waking up drowning. He usually managed to claw his way back to the surface before the air pressure got too much. This last time was no accident. But he woke up coughing up sea water regardless.
Gem had fished up a lot of things at her rig in the reef, but the child in the crate for big fish was a new one. She’s just glad she got to him on time, seeing as he was literally throwing up water. Ick…
