Summary
The Machine Herald is captured by Piltover after a failed attack on the bridge, and he is mortally wounded in the process. Jayce must risk everything to save him and repair the damage done, racing against the clock as Piltover hunts him down for treason, but the history between them complicates things. Despite his claims that his actions are no longer dictated by emotion, Viktor is still harboring anger and hatred for his exile in the wake of Jinx's attack, and blames Jayce for what happened. But despite it all, they still care about each other (in their own violent, traumatized ways) and as time runs out, necessity forces them to face the past—and each other—if they want to get out of this unscathed.

"I found—a ring, earlier. In Nagi's room."
"Are congratulations in order, then?"
What?
"Congratulations for what," Reo spits once he gets over the initial befuddlement of Chigiri's question. "What's there to celebrate?"
"But you're—" Kunigami starts, looking helplessly at Chigiri before trying again, "You make it sound like this is a bad thing."
"Of course it is!" Reo slams a hand against the table which causes it to shake, the drinks wobbling precariously. His voice comes out too loud, too harsh; he can't stop the words from tumbling out, can't stop his heart from shattering in his chest as he says, "Nagi has a girlfriend!"
Reo is the last one to find out that he's dating Nagi.

So far, his grades have been perfect, he never failed to be number one scoring constant hundreds, ninety-nines, and ninety-eights. Reo felt a large smile grace his lips as he saw his name at the top.
Well…until it wasn’t.
“No way…” Reo mumbled to himself, he read over the names and test scores, “…I wasn’t first?” He read the name over and over again.
Nagi Seishirou - 100%
“Who even is that?” Reo asked no one in particular, Reo was second, for the first time in his life he hadn’t come first.

Summary
“Awh, c’mon. It’s just a few nights.” Bunny rolls onto his back, props himself up on his elbows, and gives Sae a teasing smile. “What? Can’t handle sharing a bed for a few nights?”
Heat crawls up Sae’s neck and burns the tips of his ears. “No.” He stubbornly meets Bunny’s smirk with a scowl. “I can.”
OR, it doesn't matter how much tension there is between them, Sae will NOT lose his virginity to his tall, good-looking, annoying, shitty rabbit-of-a-roommate Bunny. Unless...?

Summary
Nagi cranes his neck as much as he can without actually getting up to scan the room, and as he tilts his head backward, at the ceiling, he remembers to ask, "Where's Reo?"
Ba-ya blinks slowly at him. She slides something onto the desk between them, but before Nagi can get a good look, she speaks and Nagi hears her and then he isn't thinking of anything at all.
"Reo died yesterday."

Summary
Sae’s heart gets broken, so jokingly he draws a pentagram, circles it with salt just in case, and recites bad verses from an old, absurd tome — a cookbook, no less — to summon a demon for his vengeance.
But the joke’s on him. The ritual works, and before he knows what’s happening, there’s a demon in his kitchen, looking as murderous to be there as Sae is shocked to see it. Now, Sae is stuck with an actual demon, but not quite far from the revenge fantasy he had momentarily entertained.
//or,
Sae summons Shidou, a demon who loathes humankind with all he has.

Summary
Despite the predicament, despite being well and truly powerless, a bolt of heat went down Jayce’s spine at the intimate nature of it—Viktor’s knees placed just inside his own and keeping his legs spread, the warmth and pressure of that hard metal body now looming over his back… so close and yet so far away.
He couldn’t help the shiver, though he tried with all his might to stifle it, and soon thereafter he was riddled with goosebumps. His poor overworked heart kicked into high gear, his breaths coming quicker and quicker as the hand that had been clamped onto his neck now slowly traced down his spine.Bookmarked by SpinkleSpankle
