Summary
That’s the way Fyodor finds him, letting himself into the hotel room Dazai’s holing up in. He’s not surprised when Fyodor steps in. He’d known Fyodor was in the area, of course-- how could he not? The man had practically been courting him all week, leaving dead bodies and various minor terrorist attacks in his wake.
Dazai’s face down on the mattress when Fyodor peels the door open. He doesn’t budge, only makes a vaguely disappointed noise into the pillow and mumbles against the fabric, “There’s a rat in my room…”
“You look well, Dazai.”
Dazai does turn his head at that, but only to glare at the man. Dazai knows he most certainly does not look well-- he’s sweating, clothes sticking to him, hair matted, skin pale. He took too much. Fyodor blurs in his vision.

“Aphrodisiac,” Fyodor answers, voice lilting in a mockery of Dazai’s. “Did you see that coming as well, Dazai-kun.”
There is a minuscule of change in Dazai’s features, one unnoticed by anyone but Fyodor, who revels in the widening of the detective’s eyes, the slight parting of his lips. It’s….haunting. The way Fyodor stares at Dazai is the way in which wolfs stare at rabbits, rabbits caught in the headlight. Like he wants to devour him whole but not quite. There is a sharpness to his features, lips splitting in a grin only reserved for those perishing from sin and doom.
“Bastard,” Dazai manages to hackle out, but his voice is drowned out by Nikolai’s jittery announcement to the corpses of the show that is to come.

Summary
Blood pools beneath Kunikida as he watches Dazai slip through his fingers—too fast, too easy. Fyodor’s handkerchief presses against Dazai’s lips, and in seconds, he crumbles. Helpless, Kunikida can only listen to Fyodor’s taunts as the demon vanishes into the night, taking his prize with him.
The agency is in chaos. Their strategist is gone, stolen like a phantom in the dark. Panic turns to desperation, desperation to resolve. They have to find him. Most importantly was he even alive?

Buck thought going back to the 118 would be hard, but he knew that his team, his family, would move on from the lawsuit. Only Bobby placed him on B-Shift where his team and new Captain have made it their mission to make Buck's life a living hell. When it becomes too much and Buck starts thinking about ending it all, he receives a life-changing phone call from Captain Owen Strand who would like Buck to come join them down in Austin at the 126. Buck immediately jumped at the opportunity to get away from everything. Only his mental health problems didn't go away with the move and Buck struggles with what happened and how to start a whole new life. The 126 are not about to let him go through this alone and together they show Buck that he has a family with them and they would never turn their backs on him.

Now, tweaked beyond belief, shoving his tongue down the throat of some girl with her hands on his ass, two leftover lines ready on the ceramic lip of the disgusting club bathroom sink, and a disgusting sour drip in the back of his throat, Buck knows that he’s really not strong. And he’s starting to doubt that he was ever really as strong as he thought he was, because it feels like he was never meant to be sober, never meant to be six years clean.

“Memory loss?” Evan frowns, because he wishes he had memory loss. He remembers pretty much everything about the last three hellish months of his life. At least, what he was awake for. “Like, amnesia?”
“Exactly like amnesia. You seem to be missing a few years of your memory. You believe you are twenty-one years old, correct?”
“Y-yeah.” Evan nods, mind racing, searching for the memories the doctor is telling him he’s lost.
“You are currently twenty-seven years old.” The doctor says. “You’ve been living in Los Angeles for a while now, according to your boss. You met him earlier, although I’m not sure how much you remember.”
“The guy with the rosary?” Evan’s voice catches. He remembers the stranger vaguely. He remembers being scared.
