Kylo is tired of past generations of politics that did not work! He wants something new for the galaxy, and that 'something new' came to him from a vision of the Force. If he can only get Rey to listen and take his hand, he's confident a new era of politics and balance can begin. He knew very well when he offered Rey his hand on the Supremacy a year earlier that she was his 'equal in the Light' and that she is a Jedi, but that didn't stop him. He still wants her by his side to rule with him. Will he ever convince her? There will also be galactic challenges that Kylo will face alone for a while and he hopes Rey will eventually join him, but he also hopes one day she will fall in love with him as he has her!

Although this is categorized as True Blood it was written with the Southern Vampire Mysteries in mind.
It may become a trilogy.
There are some chapters that have a definitive timeline laid out and others that don't, I did this to illustrate the differences in the way Humans and Vampires view time.

Summary
In this AU retelling of the Persephone and Hades story, Eric is the one who rescues Sookie from the Rattrays. Later, when she goes to Fangtasia with Bill, she learns that this favor does not come without costs. For the next 6 months, Sookie will be blood-bound to the Viking vampire, and in those six months, Eric intends to get full use of his new little telepath. In a business manner of course… no other reasons.
Sookie is less than thrilled about the arrangement but hopeful that their new partnership can help her work towards acquitting her brother of the slew of crimes shaking the town of Bon Temps.

This story is a rewrite based mostly on the True Blood Universe. The plan is the wind our way through the seasons and all they bring to tell an alternate story about Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse. I'm also hoping to introduce alternate relationship developments for other characters as well. There are going to be deviations from the show and books so please keep an open mind.
I also am deviating the story but keeping many elements from the show later on. And I will be revising and editing the story to fix any plot holes and other issues.
The main characters are Eric Northman and Sookie Stackhouse with chapters involving other characters to mostly further the story. HEA Guaranteed for Sookie and Eric.
Please note: There are elements of torture and some elements of non con in certain scenes.
As always if you have any suggestions, please feel free to leave comments. I do try to respond as I am able!
After I finish the book I will be editing it so if anyone wants to beta the book before I finalize it let me know. This is a long way off though!

Summary
Takes place one year after The Last Jedi. Some elements from TROS (planets, characters and some plot beats), manipulated a little or a lot to suit my version of the story. Expect appearances from past and present characters and conflict within our two opposing sides; the Resistance and the First Order, as the galaxy at large comes to terms with the complications and consequences caused by the dyad
Rey and Kylo are very conflicted over the events in Snoke’s Throne Room so prepare for a very slow-burn romance, angst and humour as they sort out their feelings over a lengthy resolution to their epic star-crossed drama.
This is everything I would have loved to see in TROS to close the circle of the Skywalker Saga and resolve Light and Dark, albeit with a lot more introspection than would be permissible for a big-budget Hollywood blockbuster. But it’s Star Wars and my two favourite characters and I can’t help digging into their feelings as events unfold. Written in the third person, mostly from the morally confused and increasingly enamoured perspectives of Rey and Kylo.
