Hyunjin's dark eyes found Jeongin’s tearful ones.
“Not dead,” Hyunjin said with a poisonous smile. “Just gay.”

“My reputation?” Jisung echoed unsurely. Jisung didn’t think he had a reputation. He was sure he was unknown before this and would be unknown after this. Until he remembered the crowd. Jisung wanted to disappear back into oblivion forever. “What reputation?”

Jisung has preferred living his life on the sidelines, watching everyone else. Until he met Minho. Upon falling for the star lacrosse player, Jisung decides that maybe it is time to step out of the shadows and publicly confesses. Felix jumps in to save him from humiliation, offering Jisung the opportunity to improve his reputation by pretending to date the popular cheerleader. Things work out well as Jisung's social status improves, but the longer the two boys fake it, the harder it is for Jisung to tell what's real.
Because how do you know what's real when your relationship starts as a lie?

Opening his email, Minho felt any life force he might have been clinging onto evaporate from his body. It was like when an airplane ran right into one of those sad birthday balloons some poor kid lost grip of and had been floating in the sky for a few days.
82 emails? In Minho’s inbox? Just from over the weekend? What could have even possibly gone wrong for this to happen?

There’s nothing wrong with the way Beomgyu hooks a finger into the collar of Yeonjun’s robe and watches as it slides all the way down his skin like water, revealing the wide expanse of his back and the narrow taper of his waist. Definitely nothing wrong with the way Yeonjun shivers at the feel of Beomgyu’s palms sliding down on him slowly, firmly, and deliberately.
