The last thing I saw was two eyes looking at me in the dark, its.. blank after that, but I remember the sirens clearly; I couldn't make sense of anything, I couldn't feel anything. All I could think about was the body.. where did I put him?
Getting a call telling you that your husband crashed the minivan and is in the ER is jarring; having to wake up the kids so they can see their step dad, just incase. because all you know is that the car completely flipped over; is completely totaled and he was inside.
