Summary
Diluc was never fond of alcohol.
He didn't like its smell, nor its taste. Kind of ironic for the owner of the biggest winery in Teyvat. He didn't usually drink, and if he did, not this much. He was a responsible adult after all. He couldn't let himself deal with the problems of drinking too much.
However… This time was pretty different.

Summary
Kaveh was hungry.
He hadn't eaten in days, his throat felt dry from dehydration, and he swear he was seeing and hearing things. He thinks he's gone crazy, he hasn't seen anyone in months and he's sure he looks like it.
A can drops, he flinches, raising his gun and scanning the area. His vision went woozy, and he stumbles.
"Drop the gun."
But he doesn't think that's his imagination.

Summary
“I have heard,” Neuvillette says, each word cautiously ambling off his tongue, “of a game that humans play. A modification to the rules that might entice you to stay a while longer.”
Wriothesley waits, still wearing that smarmy grin, no doubt expecting Neuvillette to propose some obscure and complicated variant of chess.
“The game is typically played with cards,” Neuvillette continues, “but I believe it will work just as effectively as a motivator in this scenario. For each game you win, I shall remove one article of clothing.”
The way the grin slides straight off Wriothesley's face is immensely satisfying, as is the movement of his scarred throat as it violently bobs. “You will— sorry, what?”
During a friendly game of chess, Neuvillette gets his draconic wires crossed.

Summary
“I…I think you’ve found me out, Monsieur.” Wriothesley can’t help but laugh. He covers his mouth with the back of his hand as he shakes his head. “I was trying to be discreet.”
“I apologize. I was just as curious, I fear.” A blush rises to the Neuvillette's face, and he taps at the front cover of the book. “You do have your picture in the back. I cannot be the first to recognize you.”
“Are you enjoying it?” Wriothesley decides boldness may be a better approach. “The last book in the series is set to release early next year. You’ve timed your reading perfectly for it.”
- Wriothesley, a well-known crime fiction writer from the UK, and Neuvillette, a judge based in Paris, meet while on holiday in Chamonix over Christmas. When Wriothesley finds Neuvillette reading his latest novel while out for dinner, they both realize that their chance meeting could lead to something more than a friendly encounter. A Christmas romance seems in order.

Summary
“Is there a convention in town?” Wriothesley asks weakly.
“A convention?” Neuvillette inquires, cocking his head to the side. It’s adorable. He’s adorable, but Wriothesley is starting to spiral.
Because he doesn’t recognize these buildings. Their construction is—weird. A degree off of what he considers normal. Blue roofs. White stone. Cobbled streets. The most handsome man he’s ever seen in cosplay—except he’s starting to think Neuvillette isn’t cosplaying at all and that he, Wriothesley, is having a mental break.
A modern!Wriothesley at the end of his rope finds himself in canonical Teyvat.
