Quackity opens his mouth to answer, and snaps his teeth shut instead. A dizzy exhaustion overcomes him as another tear falls down his cheek. He exhales, and it is as if all remaining energy leaves him with the breath. He doesn’t know what to do, and his guilt burns like a fire under his lungs.
Tubbo cuts through Quackity’s blood-soaked sleeve and brings out a needle and thread. His grip is tight enough to hurt. “It wasn’t that sad, there’s no need to be such a bitch about it,” Tubbo murmurs.
