The Arrangement has always been a mix of business and pleasure. A miracle here, a tempting there, a lunch date here, a star-gazing there. Aziraphale and Crowley are, in a word, interdependent, i.e. leaning on each other when need be. Interdependence is also a term used by disabled folks and the disability community, which also describes Crowley and Aziraphale.
tl;dr Have some autistic Aziraphale and cane-user Crowley with chronic pain and PTSD, helping each other live their best lives. They're not always perfect, but they're learning!
