Summary
3 ans après la lutte contre Tomura Shigaraki et All For One, le Japon se remet peu à peu du choc. Mais la paix que les héros ont toujours défendue, se retrouve à nouveau déstabilisée par une organisation scientifique à l’influence internationale.
Une jeune héroïne se retrouve impliquée dans les projets de ces criminels après une banale mission, qui en réalité cache une vérité bien plus sinistre.
Déterminée à faire tomber cette organisation, elle est prête à tout mettre en œuvre pour y parvenir. Mais son amnésie ne lui rend pas la tâche facile.
Sa rencontre avec un étrange garçon aux traits familiers, pourrait bien faire remonter des souvenirs qu’elle aurait préféré ignorer.
À la recherche de la vérité, la jeune femme tente de déceler le mystère sur cette affaire et sur son identité qui semble étrangement liée à l’adolescent.
Entre souvenirs refoulés et sombre fatalité, dans quel sens tournera la roue de leur destin ?

The title is a reference to the movie “saving private Ryan”, or “il faut sauver le soldat Ryan” in French. The fic is not related to the movie I just thought it was funny.

“No, don’t do that now,” Dazai warns him, looking coldly at the redhead.
“Do what?”
Dazai sighs.
“Open your heart. Feel sympathy for others. It won’t do you any good if you want to win the Games.”
“Then why are you opening your heart and helping me?” Chuuya responds, sharply.
It’s silent as Dazai turns away to look out the window, his eyes fighting a flicker of some kind of emotion that Chuuya doesn’t recognize.
“Because at least one of us should win and it’s not going to be me."
