She had seen him zooming through the little town a couple of times, and if she was lucky managed to have a little chat with him. Now after a week of silence Amy was worried and determined to find her lover. She seeks help from Gregorios, who tells her about a mysterious monster seen around the world with green eyes. Recognizing a resemblance between the monster and Sonic, Amy takes a plane over to its last known sighting- Spagonia
Little does Amy know what terror she'll face there...

Ataru’s eyes were glued to the small inferno star where Lum’s ship had last been for another instant before losing sight of it in the distance. His breath was caught in his throat, unable to decide whether it wanted to come out with a scream or a sob, keeping him from breathing. He couldn’t either draw air in or out. He was drowning.
Nothing could have survived that.
(Only you AU where Ataru and the gang don't realize immediately that Lum managed to escape the ship's explosion.)
