Summary
Part one of a three part series, this beginning entry is heavily based on James Cameron's The Terminator (1984)
The war is over, the Autobot resistance has triumphed over the Decepticon federation. Yet there was one final battle to be fought. Shockwave had discovered time travel, and sent himself into the past under direct order from Megatron. Megatron gave Shockwave one order, travel to pre-war Cybertron, and kill Alpha Trion. Alpha Trion was an original Prime, and the Cybertronian who would father the legendary leader of the Autobot resistance, Optimus Prime. If Alpha Trion were to be killed, he could never go on to become Optimus and lead the Autobots to certain victory. Both factions were in a desperate effort to either rewrite, or preserve history.
