“You are here for a reason, Yang,” Raven states between ground teeth. Maybe it’s meant to feel like a threat or a taunt, but it only lands as a reminder. Yang’s used to letting those roll right off of her. “Stay away from the Belladonna’s at all costs or so help me.”
“Or what?” Yang challenges, not mentioning that she doesn’t care. She doesn’t give a shit about Blake Belladonna, about the sexy smirk of her lips or the danger of her hooded eyes. She can’t be bothered with caring about a single damn thing because she had been dragged on a campaign trail, shoved into a bedroom in the White House, plopped into college courses, hauled to stylists. There was only one way to survive any of this, a singular method to get her through again and again. “I don’t have much more to lose at this point.”

"Blake, I don't want to hurt you." Yang mutters, a warm hand gently caressing her cheek, "I never want to hurt you."
"Yang, you won't. I want this." She insists.
This is a road they've been down before, Yang's innate instinct to protect Blake always leaves her pulling away whenever Blake decides to return the favor.
It's starting to get ridiculous and, if she were being honest, a bit irritating.
Yang bites her lip, sitting on the edge of bed, back towards Blake. She just watches for a moment, watches the way that broad back that always protects her, takes hits for her slumps forward. It makes her look almost fragile, sending a pang of guilt through Blake.
"Baby," Blake's hand is light on Yang's shoulder, muscles underneath tensing before immediately relaxing. "Is this something you're that stressed about? If so I'll drop it but," Her hand moves to Yang's jaw, gently pulling her face towards Blake's, "I really do want this, want you in any way you'll let me have you."

Blake's eyes darken, an absolutely sinful smirk slipping across her lips, "I think, you should fuel up for what I have planned tonight." She practically purrs, free hand tracing aimless patterns on Yang's skin.
It's electric, it's torture, and she needs more. "Blake," Her own voice dips, she can feel Blake's finger pause for only a moment, "you know you're driving me crazy right?"
There's a breathy laugh from across the table, "Oh, I know exactly what I'm doing." And then she's leaning forward again, head tilting and there's so much skin that Yang's desperate to touch, to run her lips across, to absolutely ruin.
"There's no way I'm making it through this dinner." She huffs, slouching in her chair.

This wasn't what Yang had expected on their weekly movie night, one that she instilled because Blake was working too hard in class and needed to relax. It usually ended up with them curled into each other, falling asleep halfway through whatever they decided to watch, and Yang firmly trying to ignore how every brush of their skin sent electricity through her.
So no, she didn't expect an hour into the movie Blake to look up at her, pupils blown as a heady scent filled her nostrils. It's one she's only known a few times, thanks to a couple unfortunate and accidental walk-ins.

Which is exactly why she notices Blake's eyes narrowing, jaw gritting at the pompous man with a receding hairline and ridiculous mustache talking to her. Talking down to her. Unfortunately he's an important investor, but they've been here long enough to keep up appearances.
"Terribly sorry to cut in," Yang says with a smile, one that Blake can no doubt see the hatred under, "but we have other arrangements tonight as well."
"Indeed, it was nice to meet you-" Her ear flicks, realizing she'd forgotten his name. Yang mutters it so quietly only a faunus would be able to hear. "-Port, I do hope we can continue this conversation some other time." She says with practiced politeness.
Yang quickly guides her away before the man could say anything else. She has to hold in her laughter when Blake's face falls to a full on scowl, at least until they're away from people.

Yang should leave, go back to geometry, learn about the pythagorean theorem or some shit, but her eyes were glued on the swish of Blake's hair, and the sway of her hips.
So Yang gave in, she followed her, like the weak minded idiot she is. Followed this girl who hates her blindly further into the school, down the stairs, behind a door and... Yeah they definitely weren't supposed to be here.

Really it's not fair, Blake thinks lying on her bed, Yang shouldn't look as good as she does, especially not in her armor.
It's well cared for, but still shows signs of her battles, the times she's saved Blake's life. Blake could put a name to each nick and slash of the metal, a ridiculous refusal for a new set. A reminder she always says.
"Blake? Are you listening?"
"Yes." She lies, eyes trailing up to meet Yang's, the start of a small smirk pulling the corner of her lip.
"Then what was I saying?"
Blake huffs, sitting up, "Something about today's plans?"
"Wrong." There's a glint behind lilac eyes, one that always showed up when Yang was teasing her, "I was saying how beautiful you are today."
