Ochako hasn’t been able to see or hear Himiko, but why does it feel like that is slowly changing?

Ed, an alchemist prodigy, teams with Roy Mustang to overthrow the system, Al trains to become a hero, while Himiko, a blood-quirked ex-villain, finds redemption at UA with Ochako, Izuku, and Shouto. As rebellion brews, loyalties fracture and reform, culminating in a fiery coup against the Commission, All for One, and Father.

More than a year later, she still didn’t know if seeing Himiko’s body one last time had been the right choice. On one hand, it should have helped the grieving process; seeing her, knowing she was gone. It meant there was no chance she was still somewhere out there. That final glimpse should have allowed her to move on without dwelling on what-ifs, at least that’s what she told herself.
Some nights, she still tried to convince herself the body wasn’t really Himiko’s, that it was fake, a clone created during the sad man’s death parade that somehow hadn’t turned to ashes. She still told herself that Himiko would be back one day.

Almost one year after the conclusion of the Paranormal Liberation War, Ochako Uraraka is haunted by Himiko Toga’s death and trying to honour her sacrifice by working harder, doing more, being better.
Hawks surprises Ochako when he finds a quirk user who can capture and broadcast her and Himiko’s fight, to finally allow Japan and the world to see all that occurred between them, including Himiko’s sacrifice.
What Ochako doesn’t know is this is one step in a much larger plan, a plan that Hawks and Principal Nezu have been working on since Hawks made a fateful, impulsive decision as Ochako was being airlifted away from the battle at Gunga.

Reader’s quirk is called “Factor”. It allows you to alter the quirk factor of others and yourself.
Your mother had raised you alone, with your father having disappeared when you were young.
Your quirk hails more from your unknown father than your mother, pro hero Mirko, age 38.
Your quirk allows you to change quirk factors, allowing you to change how they manifest, work or are used. For example, you could change Kirishima’s quirk to form a layer of rock over his skin, rather than his skin becoming rock-like.
You can also alter your own quirk factor, allowing you to essentially copy the quirks of others. You cannot create quirks from scratch, and need a ‘template’ to alter your quirk from as a base.
Mutation quirks are, depending on the severity, usually not available for copying.
Stockpiling quirks don’t automatically have the stockpile required to use the quirk.
Altering a quirk is dangerous and takes time and skill to do, and isn’t something you can do on the fly.You can create a ‘template’ of a quirk via contact with someone.
Excessive alteration of a quirk can cause damage, resulting in unwanted changes or inability of use, so you cannot copy too many quirks at once.
