Summary
Law, an agent of Order, cannot deal well with Chaos. But, as it seems, the agents of Chaos cannot just leave him alone. He finds himself being pulled into the force of nature that is Monkey D Luffy and, worse even, he ends up bound by a promise to the young man. Problem is, Law gets caught by another agent of Chaos, and fails to fulfill that promise.
