Moving in with Wade was categorically not a regret. In fact - not that he was ever going to let himself admit that to Wade’s face - this was probably the best thing that could have happened to him. But of course, he was moving in with Wade fucking Wilson who, as much as he had grown on Logan throughout their bizarre adventure, was still a human tornado. Sometimes it was really hard to remind himself how glad he was that Wade had called after him.
They hadn’t really had an exact conversation about how long Logan was expecting to stay. Wade’s words on that first walk back to the apartment had been “Stay as long as you need - until you get sick of me, honestly!”
“You think I’m not already there, Bub?” Logan had joked with a wry smile.

Logan pauses to shoot a sharp glare over his shoulder. “I’m already pissed about the nets. Please don’t piss me off worse.”
The ‘sea monster’ (a little dramatic if you ask Wade) watches, just his bright eyes and his weird little ears poked from the water to listen. What? He doesn’t get a lot of excitement in his daily diet.
Wade doesn’t think himself a monster. It’s just boring in here all alone! He may be part fish, but he’s still just a man in all the ways that count: stupid, funny, dog-brained, and he wants to have fun. God, he’s dying!
…Besides, every time he chews a hole in one of this guy’s nets, he gets to watch those huge arms flex on its drag back out. Mmfh.

Logan could never forget about what happened in the void. He had been so touch starved, so hungry for affection, and Wade was so fun and just wouldn’t quit. His desires had completely taken over him and if he wouldn’t have known better, it was like he had been in a heat cycle then. Not a day had gone by that Logan didn’t dream about the taste of Wade’s bloodied mouth or the touch of his scarred skin pressed flush against his own. He remembered how good it felt to be buried inside of Wade’s ass, how perfect they fit together. Just the thought of Wade’s naked body inside of that Honda Odyssey was enough to send him over the edge again, just like he had done that day in the void.
But when Wade had made it clear that their little romp in the sack was just them “blowing off steam”, Logan had to accept the fact that it would more than likely never happen again. Just like every good thing to ever come into his life, it was over before it began.OR

“Hey! Stop it you asshole!” Wade yelled from inside, banging his fist against the wood. “Lemme out or I’m calling Venessa and telling her you’re abusing me!” More loud knocks rattle the door. Logan laughs, lazily supporting his weight against it, feet crossed in a lounge, no one would see it, but he mimed a yawn, and inspected his nails. Maybe Wade was rubbing off on him more than he thought.
Or the one in which Logan breaks their window and they go to the hardware store and act like man children…….. then Logan eats Wade out at home on the kitchen bench like a man starved.

Wade was a bounty hunter – a great one at that. Or at least he liked to think himself a great bounty hunter. And he loved fooling others into thinking the same.
While he titled himself as a bounty hunter, he didn’t actually do any bounty hunting. His process went like this: Waltz into a tavern with a mask over his face, pick up a bounty and leave. The next day, or maybe a few days later depending on how big the task was, he’d come back with a fabricated trophy and collect his prize.
And that worked.
Until it didn’t.
