Summary
War.
A word that will strike fear into any mortal. But for the gods, it's just another Tuesday.
Except for The Fall.
Not much is known about what happened in this war. There's no record of any deaths, no bodies were found, and no one has heard from the gods since.
That was thousands of years ago. No one lives to tell the tale. All anyone knows is that a Goddess rose to power and was knocked back down, being contained in the void. Oasis has closed its doors and the elements seem to control themselves now.
No one knows if the gods are still alive.
But even if some believe that there’s still a chance for them to be alive, many don’t. So, over the course of those thousands of years, humanity started taking care of themselves. They didn’t try to make sacrifices to the gods anymore, it didn’t do anything. Storms still came, disasters rained upon the innocent. People were dying and no one thought the gods could help.
Kingdoms rose and fell.
The world changed in those thousand years and The Fall was just the switch that started it all.
No one knew anything.
Until the small village in the middle of the forest got a new resident..

Summary
The Doctor's heart was pounding. Louis had not ever heard someone sound so afraid before, but Louis could not think of why. Could not think of the blood on Owen's front, the red staining his teeth as he hissed a deep guttural growl at the Doctor, pale and ill looking and trembling with leashed violence.
"Owen," Legundo said, still gingerly kneeling, holding both his hands up and releasing Louis to do so. Louis was too tired after his previous struggle to reach Owen, could not take advantage and go to his love like he wished, but he called instead. A high pleading chirp that had Legundo flinching, although he did not turn to stare at Louis like he had before. He, like Louis, was not taking his eyes off Owen.
Owen, who was across the room from them. Surely if this was a dream, Owen would come here, he would not leave Louis cold and alone and hurting.
"Owen, I am not hurting him, please—"
"You're not leaving this place alive, Doctor. You've made a mistake, coming here, you and Avid both."

Summary
What if the townspeople never found out that Louis was a vampire?
After turning Owen, Louis continued serving as the mayor of Oakhurst. For decades, he watched over and protected its residents, with his husband by his side every step of the way. Life seemed perfect.
That is, until a group of outsiders arrived.
Twelve new residents moved into the tucked-away town, each with their own secrets and backstories. Their sudden appearance seemed to have disturbed and awakened an elder vampire, cursed to sleep for eternity in his castle.
Now, the question is: Will the group figure out that something is not right about this town, and who exactly is the man from the castle?

Summary
A Perfect World Away where Avid doesn't actually die!
Although, the coven has many, many flaws and many follies that need to be corrected. Avid being staked certainly isn't the first real problem, nor is it the most important to the coven's integrity. They have many, many things that must be done if they want to get out of Oakhurst still functioning.
Includes character re-development for Pyro, Owen, Legundo, and Shelby (And Scott and Avid ofc) that's mostly centered on their relationship or connection to Pyro and Owen 'killing' Avid.
Small developments on Pearl, Drift, and Cleo, but more as an extension of something else than their own storyline.
There's seldom development for characters Martyn, Ren, Apo, Cleo, Abolish, and Sausage. That group is generally the same relevance as they are in Scott's episode 8 for reference.Feel free to ignore the RPF tags. This is not RPF, but when I clicked "enter" when tagging it just auto-selected and I can't be assed to change it.
everything before chapter 5 was written before episode 8 came out
Anything up to Avid's death is canon in universe, and anything after is being bent to my will because I'm the god of this world. thanks. -
