Now, after the Order's full reformation...or rather its quick and complete fall, I have the time to finally sit down and pour my thoughts onto a piece of faded paper. Save this time, it will not fall victim to fundamentalist dogmas. My wish is to write about people I have seen, the people I have met, the people I have opposed - and their stories. Some, intertwined with my own.

Rykard thought on his brother's face as he saddled his steed, cautious to keep his efforts quiet as the night stole into the early hours of the morning. He had glimpsed a frail sort of hope in Messmer's golden eye as the young girl had stood before him, her own obsidian eyes ensnaring him easily.
And he could not blame him - she was a stunning creature. Even now, a seditious lust crept through him as he pictured the pair of them, in the throes of love-making, his brother gentle and restrained as he kept his passions in check. Peace has returned to Gaia with the defeat of Omega. Everyone thought that the calm would last, at least for a while. But not even two months had passed before a new problem surfaced. Summoned beasts have been rampaning across Gaia and no one knows where they came from. Two groups fighting for control and no one knows why. And at the center of it are two people. No one knows who they are or where they came from and both of them have uncanny abilities that no one has ever seen. And yet, there seems to be a lot more to them than others realized. And with their appearance began a race. A race to capture those two people first, for whoever has them can control the outcome of the oncoming calamity.
