“He didn't look like your typical upstart vigilante though, most obviously because the young man's face wasn't covered. But there were other things too, no extra colours or logos, he was all black, the only real oddity was that he was missing a shoulder guard. Perhaps it was more odd that it's his only piece of armour. The whole thing seemed, manufactured somehow, like a uniform. His outfit would be best described as practical but that still felt wrong. Batman knew practical, he knew efficient, he knew function, just ask his utility belt, but he still had ears on his cowl. Batman was a symbol. This man was nothing.
Although, Bruce was looking at the man after his sword had been confiscated by Cassandra. He surely cut quite the imposing figure when he was wielding that monster.”

Summary
Prince Cloud of Nibelheim has always been alone. His father died when he was young, and his mother cares for the kingdom more than anything else, leaving him by himself.
Ever since Cloud came of age, his mother has been trying to set him up with ladies from other kingdoms, wanting to find a future queen for Nibelheim. Cloud finds that he doesn’t want to find a queen, and so the prince makes a game of rejecting suitors, being harsh and bratty to every woman who approaches him. Though, Cloud knows one day he will have to quit his game and find a lady to rule at his side.
What's best for the kingdom that will one day be his own may not be what's best for him, and the handsome Prince of Gongaga forces Cloud to reconcile with that fact much sooner than he had intended to, but love and duty hardly ever agree, and Cloud must make a difficult decision between what his heart and his kingdom want. -

"Cloud," A familiar voice says, and the tone of boisterousness it normally holds is missing, and it's replaced with a tone that sounds patient. it's a voice that's loud and clear in his mind, but it doesn't overwhelm him more than he already is; instead, it feels more comforting than anything, grounding him back into a reality his mind had left for just a few moments. He hadn't realized that he was rocking back and forth until his back bumps into Zack’s arm as he stands beside Cloud, but he doesn't seem to mind. Familiar sky blue eyes look at Cloud with nothing but worry, and Tifa seems busy glaring at any of the customers of Seventh Heaven who dare look at Cloud in a way that can even be taken as judgemental in this state.
