Summary
Edward and Alfonse Elric brought a strange Jedi and a brutal enforcer to the past. After some confusion, the four teamed up, got chased by some Jedi, accidentally started an Empire, and now Palpatine is in hiding from both the Empire and the Republic.
Also, people from the Elric's universe are dropping into the world randomly, so there's that. Who knows, there may even be some who appeared a while ago but just went unnoticed, the galaxy is a big place after all. ;)
Unfortunately, as the Truth was dropping people in, the Dwarf in the Flask escaped, and found Palpatine. So prepare for trouble, because this tag team wants to rule the galaxy almost as much as they want to learn the other's skill and kill them.

Summary
Edward Elric gave up his alchemy for his brother's life. But it turns out that alchemy is worth much more than a human life, and the Truth gave Ed an extra gift to maintain equivalent exchange.
Luke and Vader fought on Bespin, where Luke meant to escape by dropping into an air chute. But before he could, a Portal of Truth opened beneath them, and they both got taken back in time.
Luke wants to work with his father to end the Clone Wars. Edward and Alphonse want to help him, having seen enough suffering for their lives. Vader needs Luke's help to defeat Sidious. Time for a galactic road trip with the Jedi Master of the Order on their tail, with Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka with him.Series

Summary
So here's the deal:
Anakin went to Obi-Wan and Ahsoka with his problems.
Obi-Wan and Ahsoka would rather join the Dark Side (moderately) than lose Anakin.
Padme lives, Anakin stays man rather than machine.
Palpatine still wants Anakin, but now Anakin is working with Palpatine on his own terms. And Palpatine has to be a lot more moderate and a lot less power-hungry if he wants Anakin's help.
So Padme is essentially Empress. Because Anakin hates politics almost as much as Thrawn doesn't understand them.
And now the Galaxy is pretty darn good. And the Skywalker family gets to have a lot of fun together.This is the first in a series of one-shots with this premise. They won't all be in order, but I'll but the year as X Imperial for reference. 0 Imperial = 19 BBY, 19 Imperial = 0 BBY.
