    Years ago, Queen Aleena of Mobotroplis was told by the Oracle of Delphius that the only way to save her family and kingdom from tyranny was to hide away her children and wait for them to defeat the evil Dr.Robotnik... and after years of hiding, the prophecy finally came true, but her eldest son, and the crowned prince, Sonic is unable to unlearn what it means to be a hero and now can't sit by as the world outside keeps spinning.

    (This fic is inspired by the music videos made by Faith Scarred on YouTube, but it's only around 80% music-accurate since I had to take some creative liberties to make it make sense in written form. Also, this fic will have chapters updated to make it longer and to fit in better with the newer music videos, but will not lose the original plot.)

    Summary

    Thirty years after their TV series was cancelled, Sonic Hedgehog, Sally Acorn, and friends return to reclaim and defend their home of Northamer from evil, while also uncovering the dark history of their home planet Mobius and the world it was called ten millennia ago...EARTH! Written in script form (think of it as a tv show with no tv show or a comic with no comic), SatAM Re-Genesis is a semi-reboot based on the publicly released notes for the 1993 Sonic The Hedgehog animated series' aborted 3rd and 4th seasons by series script editor Ben Hurst. But it also goes beyond that series by incorporating elements from other works of the Sonic canon, and it is also updated to post 90s sensibilities with a TV-14-ish rating in mind. This is NOT an adaptation of Archie Comics' Sonic series, nor is it related anyway to the Sea3on Youtube series and should be treated as an independent work based on much of the same story material. New installments every Thursday Night at 8:30 PM.
