Summary
It's been nearly 3 years since the last abstraction. During this, Caine and Kinger both managed to figure out how to reverse the abstractions! Now every circus member is back, except for one stubborn rabbit.
While snooping around Jax's room, hoping to find anything that may help with de-abstracting Jax, some of the original circus members find shoe boxes with the circus members' names on them. When they open the boxes up, they find letters in each of the boxes, written by Jax before her abstraction.

Jax wrote letters to everyone before abstracting.

Summary
The coming days after everything changed, and the tent for Jax was made, the other circus members were quick to try and move on. Accept that he was in the past.
But Pomni couldn’t. She was just as stubborn as ever. She couldn’t possibly move on, when the hope that he could be brought back was the first thing she saw every morning when she woke up. The calm, colorful beast that laid in front of her.
She couldn’t possibly give up.
