Summary
In 1985, Rapture was discovered by the UN during a joint operation. The International Order of Pawns documents were delivered to INTERPOL, prompting their investigation. Rapture, once bustling with splicers, now lay abandoned. The military seized the opportunity and constructed the Joint Military Base and Research Station "Atlantis" above.
Fast forward ten years and Admiral Comstock assumes command of the military sector. Determined to achieve results, he pushes for the resurrection of Plasmid research. The found-footage style captures the unfolding events firsthand.
As of 05/01/2023, a few of the email-based chapters have been updated with more content.

Summary
Hellboy and Liz have always been like siblings. Liz came to the Bureau as a young girl after losing control of her pyrokinetic abilities - with devastating results - and Hellboy immediately took a liking to her, taking her under his wing and protecting her like a big brother would. He helps her navigate her childhood and teen years, and she, in turn, helps him through some of the darkest times of his life, but very shortly after Liz reaches adulthood, Hellboy becomes extremely confused and unsettled by his new feelings toward the girl that he had always seen as his little sister and closest friend.
