Summary
Dr Solas 'Doc' Wolff (MD, PhD and two effs) and Detective Ellana 'Ellie' Lavellan head to the city of Kirkwall to help get Varric out of a sticky situation. She's still on medical leave following the events of the Blighted Butcher, but she couldn't possibly turn down a friend, especially not when the mystery is so juicy.

“Mm. Right. If i'm not mistaken, your office hours had ended almost an hour before I showed up. It's not like you to make me hunt you down. I take it the two of you were having an enlightening conversation.”
“We were,” Solas said coldly. “She's a dedicated student. We were discussing political shifts of allegiances in the aftermath of conflicts. We simply lost track of time.”
