Papyrus shrugged it off, knowing Sans was probably at Grillby's, eating that disgusting, greasy food again. He was probably safe, drinking ketchup, telling puns and stories...
But Papyrus had a grim feeling that was not the case.

Stone noticed that Skipp was feeling a little down. And combined with the fact Vinnie kept pushing him to confess to Skipp, Stone made a plan to get it over with and tell Skipp how he felt and hopefully be able to comfort him at the same time.
The plan was perfect, they thought, Vinnie and Stone would just tell Skipp they were going out to steal some food, while actually, they would be preparing for Stone’s confession.
It’s all his fault.
He should’ve never left Skipp alone.
