Over the Glowstick’s forehead, in a neat font, letter after letter, a phrase ‘We’d need to do more tests’ started appearing, before erasing itself and conjuring a new one: ‘to know for sure’.
Sasuke blinked. Then he blinked again.
The Guy From Before smiled sadly at Sasuke, and then shot a side-eye to the Glowstick. Neatly, over the maybe-tennis headband on his forehead, new words started forming as well, syncing to his lip movements: ‘I will report to Hokage-sama then’.
‘It is quite unfortunate that this happened to young Uchiha-san’, said the forehead of Glowstick.
(SI!OC wakes up in a body of an 11-year-old Uchiha Sasuke with barely any memories of his own, and plenty of unresolved trauma, PTSD-induced flashbacks-maybe-memories and raging hormones of his new body. Or was it his body all along? No matter if maybe!Sasuke is comatose, or dead, or reincarnated, or having a particularly bad trip one thing is for certain--he can't speak Japanese for shit.)

To say that Inazuma’s Mission is a disaster is putting it lightly. What happened in Inazuma is unequivocally a clusterfuck with a capital C, a shit storm of epic proportions not unlike the one raised by Osial himself during the Liyue Mission, which, coincidentally, also tanked the Fatui’s reputation. Dear Archons, it tanked the Fatui’s reputation so hard and so fast that Pulcinella will be lucky if he can manage to dredge up its shattered remains from the depths of the Earth in which it now lays.
Luckily, Pulcinella has a Plan to fix things, and it all starts with an old, black-and-white photo of Tartaglia in a glorious winter coat.

Tartaglia was a name spoken with both reverence and fear. The 11th Harbinger was famous for his fierce nature on the battlefield, his ruthless means of achieving his goals, and even his near insatiable bloodlust. He was also known for being protective of those in his command, and for his dislike of involving innocents into his dealings- even going as far as to temporarily relocate and reimburse people to avoid having them get caught up in his battles. That was the only reason Zhongli was willing to allow the 11th Harbinger into Liyue for Signora’s contract for his Gnosis; he just hadn’t expected the 11th Harbinger to be… well, what he got.
