"Hey, don't be so down," Yeong-Gi said gently, "I know what'll cheer you up." He pulled her up, his hands on her shoulders as he stood directly in front of her, looking around the small cramped space. "Close your eyes."
Shin-Ae lifted a brow at his words, "No. No thank you good sir, I will not do that." She said with a roll of her eyes.
Yeong-Gi sighed as he placed his hands together in a begging motion, "Please? Just trust me." The brunette looked at him skeptically for a moment before doing as told, although a bit reluctantly. It was extremely difficult to refuse that face, after all.
She felt him take her chin, before leaning in until the warmth of his breath was on her face.

Summary
Shiro has been a Galra prisoner for over a year; with his flight feathers clipped and unable to fly. Desperate to escape, he jumps overboard while being transported to the capitol on a Galran ship. Lance is a merman who saves him from drowning. Keith thinks Shiro is about to become mermaid dinner. Hunk just wants Lance to stop going to the surface all the time, dammit!
(AU where Avians (winged folk), Galra, humans and merfolk cohabit earth. Shiro and Keith are avian soldiers, Lance is the youngest son of a Queen, Hunk is also a merman and Pidge is still looking for her family. They get caught up in a war.)

Tired of the outdated traditions of Alpha/Beta/Omega dynamics, Shiro wants nothing more than to give Lance a normal life outside of the confines of the esteemed Horotari Sanctuary for Omegas, where he has been trained in preparation for a high-status marriage. Shiro brings him home from the Sanctuary and they begin their new life, living together as platonic housemates.
Lance appreciates Shiro’s kindness, and their friendship and mutual respect for each other soon brings deeper feelings. As they grow closer, Lance is eager to bend the rules and expectations of their culture, and Shiro is more than happy to oblige.

“You can’t outrun this.” Haggar’s voice boomed across.
Before she knew what was happening, a violent gust of energy surged towards them. With only a few ticks to spare, she felt herself dragged into small compartment flush with the ground. The man in black covered her while the purple umbra of the force electric bomb swelled with a megaton of destruction. They both braced for impact. Allura held on to his waist and glanced overhead.
The force electric bomb screamed above them, missing them by a few centimeters. Accompanying the bomb was the distorted field energy swooping over them like a sting ray, for a brief second, his digital mask unscrambled.
Allura found herself face to face, with--it wasn’t possible. He was dead. She felt her heart in her throat.
It was Lotor.
As quick as a dream, his mask re-scrambled back so she was only looking at a black mirror. Lotor’s face only appeared for a fraction of a ticks. His mouth set in a grim determined line, his eyes wide and focused, but the only thing she knew was that he was staring at her with his own eyes. He was back. He hadn’t been driven mad by quintessence. Allura reached out to touch and clutched air. Lotor was gone.
