Rude’s throat goes dry. He should be furious, sad, anything really, but all he sees is how the white lace clings perfectly to his frame, unmistakable red bleeding into its hems. Same shade of red as his hair.
And then what little semblance of control Rude has, snaps like a faulty wire.

Even if it was an accident, he couldn't exactly walk around and expect people not to panic or try to take him out. It wasn't safe to leave this house.
