Summary
Luca tossed the astronomy book that he had brought towards Alberto. It landed on the bed, next to him, with a thud. “Read this. You read. I’ll draw.” Then, Luca got quiet. His eyes darted around the messy room, taking in the piles of clothes and letters, the strewn about pillows, and the cat toys. Alberto felt nervous and awkward and self conscious and uncomfortable. He didn’t know if he liked or didn’t like Luca’s eye’s on him. He just knew that he felt naked, but there was something happening between Luca and his sketchpad that made him feel invisible, and that made him relax.

A rewrite of some parts of Benjamin Alire Saenz's Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe that I love but replace Ari with Alberto and Dante with Luca.

"Is this…..?" Eddie started, taking another quick glance at the item before once again looking up to meet Richie's eyes. "A mixtape?" He blinked, feeling unsure. He was sure his expression displayed just how baffled he was feeling.
Richie felt his heart stutter in his chest as Eddie's eyes met his own, confused yet still as warm as always. One look was all it took to send a shiver throughout Richie's body. Eddie's eyes were another one of Richie's weaknesses, the deep brown color always seemed to draw him in so deep he felt like he might drown in them.
"Uh. Yeah." Richie nodded. "I made it for you."
