Sloane's heart nearly leapt out of her chest as she realized that the right side of her body was stuck, pressed against Aaric's left side. She could feel the muscles of his outer thigh flexing as he struggled to free himself, and the heat of his body was radiating through her leathers. Sloane bit her lip, trying desperately not to think about how good it felt.
"Uh, I think we're stuck," Aaric finally admitted, his voice low and raspy.
She let out a frustrated groan and glared at Ridoc, who was doubled over with laughter. He clutched his sides and wheezed, "You're literally glued together."
